What We Offer
- Commission: 32–37% of premium
- Weekly pay + bonuses & performance incentives
- Company-provided leads (200–400 daily)
- In-office position with a set schedule
- 1099 Contractor
- Paid training: Monday–Friday | 10 AM–6 PM
- Limited openings (3–5 per training class)
What You'll Do
- Help clients find the right health insurance coverage.
- Educate prospects on Group Health & Limited Medical plans.
- Build relationships, identify coverage needs, and guide clients through enrollment.
- Work inbound and outbound leads using proven scripts and live training support.
What We're Looking For
- Active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License (required before starting)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude & coachable mindset
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow
- Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
No sales or insurance experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support!
Compensation
Potential Earnings: $130,000+ per year
