Production Cook (Cafe’) - Responsible for quickly preparing sandwiches and other food items using rapid ovens and toasters, following exact recipes and portion standards to build orders, while also assisting with prep work when needed to keep the kitchen fully stocked and running smoothly.
- Prepare sandwiches and food items exactly to recipe
- Work quickly during rushes without sacrificing accuracy
- Be able to read across KDS quickly
- Follow build standards
◦ Reset and clean station quickly between orders
- Stage items properly for the expediter or final finish
- Assist with end-of-shift cleaning
This is a high-volume, fast paced, repetition-based role
Also add -
- Friendly and good customer service also required
- Taking customer orders at POS when needed
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
