Automotive medium/heavy duty bus and truck dealership in Pelham, Alabama seeking experienced Parts Sales Person to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a strong, self-motivated individual with knowledge of medium/heavy duty bus and/or truck parts. We promote a team atmosphere with the number one goal of putting the customer’s needs 1st!
Requirements
- Previous experience in the bus/truck/auto parts sales preferred
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn new product lines quickly
- Knowledgeable with computers
- Experience in Procede or other automotive dealership management software is a plus
- Valid Driver’s license, clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and technicians to fulfill parts requirements
- Determine the availability of parts to best serve customer needs
- Research parts in multiple OEM systems
- Meet/exceed sales and gross profit goals by building relationships and providing superior service
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and receiving and shipping parts
- Help maintain a neat and clean appearance in the parts office and warehouse
- Recognize new sales opportunities and communicate this to management
