About TEC
Technology Engineering and Construction (TEC), based in South San Francisco, CA, is a vertically integrated engineering and construction services company. TEC offers environmental compliance testing, and construction services to facilities using petroleum products. Our mission is to deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions to our clients. We're a growing company where your work directly shapes outcomes for clients and the environment.
The Opportunity
As Program Manager, you'll own and grow a revenue-generating line of business focused on fuel storage compliance testing — a state-mandated service for petroleum facilities across California. You'll manage the full lifecycle of client compliance programs: scheduling and coordinating field testing, tracking regulatory deadlines, outlining failures, and overseeing corrective action plans. You'll work closely with engineers, field technicians, and clients to ensure facilities stay in compliance. If you want a role where your decisions matter and your growth has no ceiling, this is it.

- Manage client contracts, testing schedules, and regulatory deadlines
- Lead cross-functional teams to outline compliance failures and develop repair scopes, and cost estimates

- Identify opportunities to grow the program through new clients and expanded service offerings
What We're Looking For
