We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician!
Shift: 6AM – 2PM 6 weeks 10AM – 6PM 1 week (Rotating)
Pay Rate: $30-$40/HR
Location: Neenah WI 54956
Temp - Direct Hire
Job Description:
- Perform maintenance on equipment and systems
- Improve equipment reliability through repair and maintenance activities
- Conduct failure analysis to identify causes of equipment issues
- Recommend changes to improve performance and reduce failures
- Read and interpret blueprints to support maintenance and repair work
Requirements
- Experience performing maintenance on industrial or manufacturing equipment
- Ability to increase equipment reliability through maintenance activities
- Ability to perform failure analysis and recommend corrective changes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Preferred Skills:
- Preventive maintenance
- Equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Root cause analysis
