Picture your day: you begin by verifying new-hire work authorization, open E-Verify cases with precision, and follow up on any tentative nonconfirmations. Before lunch, you’ve screened a slate of applications for completeness and scheduled interviews, juggling calendars for candidates and recruiters. By afternoon, you’re coordinating background checks, updating applicant records in the ATS, and ensuring onboarding forms are finished so each candidate’s first day is seamless. Throughout, you’re the steady hand that keeps our hiring process compliant, efficient, and candidate-friendly.
Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.
- Execute employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) in accordance with federal requirements.
- Open, manage, and resolve E-Verify cases accurately and on time.
- Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
- Review incoming applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and recruiters.
- Deliver dependable administrative support to the recruiting team.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain clean, current candidate data across internal systems and the ATS.
- Assist with onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is finalized.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus.
- Customer-service mindset focused on an outstanding candidate experience.
