Family Helper / Household Assistant
We are a busy, active family with three wonderful, high-energy children (ages 8, 4, and 1.5) looking for a reliable, energetic, and caring Family Helper (Spanish dominant and English) to become an extra set of hands in our home.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed. Some days may involve spending time outside with the kids, while others may include preparing dinner, folding laundry, tidying up, or helping get the house reset after a busy day. We are looking for someone who can see what needs to be done and take initiative.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary from day to day and may include:
- Child supervision and support, particularly playing with or supervising the children outside
- Encouraging outdoor play, exploration, and time in nature
- Helping maintain a safe, positive, and consistent environment for our children
- Preparing simple, healthy family meals and snacks
- Kitchen cleanup, including dishes, counters, and general tidying
- Laundry, including washing, folding, and putting clothes away
- General cleaning and tidying throughout the house
- Picking up toys and helping reset children's spaces
- Light household organization
- Helping with the everyday tasks that keep a busy household running smoothly
- Occasionally pitching in with other reasonable household or family needs as they arise

We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term position and can grow with our family over the years. We would like someone that can agree to only speak Spanish to the kids. As well.
Pay: From $10.50 per hour
