Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Director. Finance in Irvine, CA. The Director of Finance leads the strategic financial planning and analysis functions, driving the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to ensure organizational growth. This role serves as a key advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, providing actionable insights through sophisticated financial modeling, KPI monitoring, and comprehensive cash flow management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise and the ability to partner effectively with both functional leaders and franchisees to optimize financial performance.

Annual Salary: $175,000 to $190,000 Annually BOE
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to align with corporate strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key financial and operating KPIs to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to the CFO and the executive leadership team.
- Analyze comprehensive financial and operating performance, including revenue, margins, costs, and overall profitability.
- Manage and report on cash flow, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital performance.
- Partner with functional leaders and franchisees to improve financial accountability and operational performance.
- Develop and implement standardized franchisee financial reporting and performance analysis frameworks.
- Prepare and present financial materials for senior leadership, board of directors, and investor discussions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions at a senior management level.
- Strong expertise in developing sophisticated financial models and performing multi-variable scenario analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and monitor operational and financial KPIs across a complex organization.
- Experience in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
- Ability to partner effectively with functional leaders and external stakeholders such as franchisees.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to executive and board-level audiences.
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.
- Prior experience in a franchise-based business model or multi-unit operation is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision for prolonged computer work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and through digital platforms.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $175,000 to $190,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
