As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, dependable Lawn Care Crew Lead / Foreman to help lead our mowing division and ensure every property is completed to the highest standard.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Lawn Care Crew Lead / Foreman to oversee daily mowing operations for residential and commercial properties. This individual will be responsible for safely operating company equipment, driving a truck and trailer between job sites, managing daily routes, and ensuring quality workmanship from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a lawn maintenance crew on daily residential and commercial routes
- Safely drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup with attention to detail
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently while maintaining BLB’s quality standards
- Assist with training and mentoring crew members
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized truck, trailer, and work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous lawn care and commercial mowing experience required
- Experience safely driving a truck with a trailer required
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
