Job Overview
We are looking for a tough, motivated, and dependable Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on role and we have openings for those with no experience, or those who are skilled sewers. You’ll build high-quality sewn products such as hunting, fishing, tactical, and industrial gear in a climate-controlled facility (not a sweat shop).

Duties
- Operating manual and automated industrial sewing machines, laser cutters, and etc.
- Assembly of components.
- Perform quality control on components and completed items.
- Packing and shipping of completed items.
- Other duties as assigned, but not limited to, clean up, organization, etc.
- Standard workday is 7-8 hours (or part time), overtime rare.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good dexterity working with your hands to manipulate small to large items.
- Able to learn things quickly as the work is dynamic and we have new and different items to work on every few days.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift 25 Lbs. continuously, 50 Lbs. intermittently
- Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Must have good vision of at or correctable to 20/20 and able to perceive colors/shades.
- Must be able to operate foot, and knee controls while working with hands.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
