Schedule
- Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- When working a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided between Tuesday and Thursday
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Delight Representative at Vertical Chimney Care, you'll be engaging directly with customers over the phone. Your role is hands-on and requires clear, concise communication not only with customers but also with various departments within Vertical Chimney Care to rapidly resolve any outstanding issues and provide customers with exceptional service.
Tasks Include:
- Answering inbound calls to Vertical Chimney Care's main number or direct lines, assessing caller needs, and transferring to the appropriate party.
- Screening calls for upper management.
- Clear and accurate communication of Vertical Chimney Care services.
- Solving customer issues, resolving service concerns, and/or scheduling service appointments.
- Scheduling strong, consistent sales appointments and inspection appointments.
- Confirming appointments and making outbound reminder calls for services and inspections.
- Answering web lead inquiries (email and outbound phone exchanges with customers).
- Message taking and communication with managers and service specialists.
- Ability to use internet maps to assist service technicians and specialists.
- The Customer Delight Representative may be assigned additional tasks or projects as needed during peak or off seasons.
- Works with all areas of the company to ensure customers are satisfied with their service, inspections, financing, or other inquiries.
- Participating in outbound calling campaigns to drive business, including re-engaging past customers and following up on previous inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Organizational skills and outstanding oral and written communication abilities are required.
- Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel).
- 35+ WPM typing speed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Key skills include, but are not limited to, using a multi-line phone system, data entry, and customer service/sales skills.
- Bilingual preferred, but not necessary.
