Salary: $90,000 - $140,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Superintendent to lead and supervise electrical installations on commercial and industrial construction projects. The superintendent will be responsible for on-site coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and schedule management to ensure successful delivery of power systems and electrical work from ground-up construction through turnover.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate electrical project schedules, milestones, and stakeholders.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with NEC, project requirements, and safety standards.

Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; resolve field issues.

Manage material procurement, deliveries, and inventory.

Conduct quality inspections and corrective actions.

Train and mentor electricians, foremen, and junior staff.

Coordinate power shutdowns and temporary power needs.

Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and closeout documentation.
Qualifications
-
.7+ years of electrical construction experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or senior leadership role.

Proven success leading electrical construction projects.

Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, power distribution, switchgear, transformers, and grounding.

Expertise in NEC, electrical codes, and industry standards.

Experience with commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and AutoCAD plans.

Skilled in project scheduling, trade coordination, and deadline management.

Background as an electrician, foreman, or project engineer preferred.
