Overview
Micro Tech is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our clients manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves assembling, processing, testing and packaging products while maintaining quality standards and accurate production records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined and enjoys working with precision components in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing and assembly processes according to established procedures
- Prepare, process, and package products for production and shipment
- Conduct product inspections and performance testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production records and track work in process
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical training preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, laboratory, or assembly experience is preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
