Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate all phases of construction, including planning, bidding, contractor selection, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
- Assist in developing construction methods and process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support pre-construction planning, permitting, and entitlement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, permitting agencies, inspectors, utility providers, and local government officials.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and real estate teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with customer real estate teams to integrate new infrastructure into existing and planned facilities.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, commercial construction, infrastructure development, or real estate development.
- Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, permitting, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with municipalities, permitting agencies, or regulatory authorities is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 75% or more throughout the East Coast region.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay: $71,446.02 - $90,042.52 per year
