As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll make a meaningful impact by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Building relationships with residents while providing compassionate, person-centered care
Encouraging social engagement and participation in activities
Helping create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment
Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional care
We're looking for compassionate, dependable people who enjoy helping others.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, Resident Assistant, or in a similar direct care role
Certification is not required
Memory Care experience is a plus
