Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for converting leads into members, conducting facility tours, building relationships with prospective clients, and helping grow our membership base.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping athletes and families find the right training solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with incoming leads via phone, text, email, and social media
- Schedule and confirm athlete assessments and consultations
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members and families
- Present membership options and recommend appropriate programs
- Convert prospects into active memberships
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity
- Follow up with inactive leads and former members
- Assist with special events, camps, clinics, and community outreach efforts
- Work closely with coaches and operations staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with parents, athletes, and adults
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for sports, fitness, and athlete development preferred
Compensation
- $30/hour
