Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our Class B Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) business throughout Georgia. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, traveling, and developing new business opportunities.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, prospect, and secure new business accounts by meeting with potential customers, presenting our COAM solutions, and building long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time traveling throughout Georgia, visiting businesses and developing new customer relationships.
Duties
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the state of Georgia.
- Travel daily to meet with potential customers, including convenience stores, restaurants, bars, truck stops, and other eligible COAM locations.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Present the company's COAM products and services to prospective customers.
- Assist in negotiating agreements and closing new business contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
- Stay informed on Georgia COAM regulations and industry trends to effectively educate prospective customers.
- Represent the company professionally at all times while promoting our brand and reputation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales, business development, or account acquisition experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a travel schedule.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Georgia COAM industry is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout Georgia.
- Ability to work flexible hours when meeting with prospective clients.
- Comfortable conducting cold calls and in-person business development.
