We're hiring a Pool Technician to run their own route and keep our clients' pools looking their absolute best. You'll be the face of Pool Club out in the field — part water-chemistry expert, part equipment detective, part customer-service pro. No two days look the same, and you'll never be stuck behind a desk. If you like being outside, solving problems, and owning your work – this one's for you.
What You'll Do
- Skim, brush, vacuum, and clean pool surfaces, tile, and decks until they shine
- Test and balance water chemistry so every pool is safe and swim-ready
- Empty pump baskets, clean skimmers, and complete routine maintenance
- Inspect equipment — pumps, filters, heaters — and spot issues before they become problems
- Troubleshoot mechanical hiccups and flag anything that needs a repair specialist
- Log every visit, reading, and equipment note in our mobile app
- Keep your service vehicle stocked, organized, and safety-ready
- Be the friendly face clients look forward to seeing — answer questions and handle concerns like a pro
What You Bring
- 2+ years pool cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus — mechanically inclined? Even better. New to the trade but eager to learn? We'll train you.
- Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be 21+ for insurance purposes)
- Sharp attention to detail and a tech-friendly attitude (you'll be using an app daily)
- Reliable, punctual, and someone who takes pride in showing up looking sharp
- Bonus points for CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification — or willingness to get one

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
