Prism Career Institute (Multiple NJ/PA Locations)
In-person clinical instruction at designated clinical sites

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct students during clinical rotations
- Serve as a clinical role model and uphold standards of safe, ethical nursing practice
- Provide timely evaluations, feedback, and documentation of student performance
- Support a respectful, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment
- Communicate with clinical sites and collaborate with lead faculty to ensure clinical objectives are met
- Participate in faculty meetings, orientation, and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in acute or comparable settings
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing education or clinical instruction
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Compact Nursing License or active RN licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Prior teaching experience preferred
Schedule:
- Variable part-time schedule
- Day, evening, and/or weekend availability depending on program needs
- On-site presence required at clinical locations
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Flexible scheduling based on faculty availability
