CLEVELAND ELECTRIC LABS, a 100-year-old industrial sensor & temperature control manufacturing company. We specialize in high-temperature sensing technology across industries that need accurate measurement of extreme temperatures.
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and focused individual to support critical functions of our production. This individual, by nature, must be able to take directions well, work independently and be willing to jump-in where needed and help others. The schedule for second shift is (4) ten hour shifts Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm-2:00am.

Reading drawings and bill of materials for job requirements and documentation of material traceability.

Lifting & positioning raw materials
- Using hand tools to assemble hardware

Production welding - including TIG and plasma welding

Inspecting & labeling of final product

Operating manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely

Maintaining clean and safe work areas

Participating in and supporting Cleveland Electric Laboratories continuous improvement activities.

Detailed Oriented
Ability to sit or stand for entire 8-hour shift
Ability to read tape measure, calculate basic math functions including fractions
Ability to often lift 60 pounds or more
Proficient using power tools and small machinery
Innovative thinker with problem solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Team player with excellent communication skills
Aptitude to learn new skills.
Preferred to have at least 1 year of prior manufacturing experience
Must pass background check
High School diploma/equivalent
