Director of Physical Therapy

Compensation
Salary range: $120,000 – $160,000 based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual and trigger point techniques
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises, prevention, and wellness
- Document care accurately using EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across settings
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Experience in acute care, hospital, outpatient, or home/community settings
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience treating diverse populations (orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, post-surgical) Proficiency with EMR documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of discharge planning and continuity of care
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
