FedEx Delivery Driver Manager – Full Time

About the Position
2fast4u Inc. is a trusted FedEx Ground contractor looking for motivated and reliable managers to join our growing team! As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you’ll deliver and pick up packages in residential and commercial areas—keeping safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at the heart of every stop.
This is a full-time position based out of the Forth Worth, Texas FedEx terminal. You’ll drive late-model step vans and operate under the support of a team that values professionalism, safety, and performance.
Pay & Benefits
- $75k to $85k, depending on experience and performance
- Weekly pay

Schedule
- Full-time, 6 days per week
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle
- Manage a team of 10-15 drivers
- Ensure team is hitting all required metrics
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and employees
- Represent the FedEx brand with professionalism and reliability
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Must have a current DOT Medical Card
- Able to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Previous delivery experience is a plus (Amazon, UPS, USPS, etc.), but not required
