As the person to whom patients trust with therapeutic recommendations and oversight of medications, our optimal candidates will be willing to work collaboratively with patients and our clinic providers, clinic staff and nursing homes to exceed expectations for pharmacy care. Our goal is to provide not only a pharmacy experience for our patients, but a work environment that far exceeds what is expected in a Retail Pharmacy setting. The candidates should enjoy engaging customers and patients, at the pharmacy and in the clinics, by greeting them, and describing the benefits of using the pharmacy. In addition, the candidates should work to resolves customer issues and concerns in a timely manner and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experiece.
