Position Summary
The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This position ensures all dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen work areas are properly cleaned, sanitized, and organized to support daily restaurant operations.

Essential Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing procedures according to established checklists.

Scrape, wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including counters, shelves, coolers, and floors.

Sweep and mop floors regularly.

Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.

Assist with basic food handling and preparation as needed.

Support equipment and facility checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Physical Requirements
