We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and fully ASL-fluent Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Community Coach for a part-time position in Lorton, VA. This unique role combines traditional personal care with active community engagement and behavioral/social coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care assistance based on individual needs.
- Accompany and support the individual during community outings and activities.
- Provide active guidance, social coaching, and engagement support.
- Safely transport the individual to community events, appointments, or activities.

- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Location: Lorton, VA In-person
Required Qualifications:
- Language: Full fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is strictly required.
- Experience: Prior Personal Care Aide (PCA) training and experience.
- Certifications: Must hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
Pre-Employment Screening Requirements:
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must provide a negative TB (Tuberculosis) screening test result
Pay: $25.00 per hour
