Ransomed Bodies is a rapidly growing online coaching company dedicated to helping women lose fat, build strength, improve their health, and create lasting results through personalized fitness, nutrition, accountability, and support.
Through our coaching programs, content, and community, we've built an audience of over 3 million followers and have helped thousands of women improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.
We're specifically seeking a female coach due to the nature of our client base and coaching model.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves coaching, cares deeply about client success, and wants to be part of a high-performing team that is changing lives every day.
COMPENSATION
- Starting compensation: $5,500/month ($66,000 annually)
- Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities
- Top-performing coaches have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coach a roster of clients within our online coaching program
- Review client check-ins and provide personalized feedback within established timelines
- Respond to client messages consistently and professionally
- Build individualized nutrition, training, and lifestyle recommendations
- Help clients overcome obstacles and stay accountable
- Track client progress and make program adjustments as needed
- Record Loom videos and provide personalized video feedback
- Conduct onboarding and coaching calls when scheduled
- Identify at-risk clients and proactively improve retention
- Deliver a world-class client experience that drives both client results and long-term retention
- Collaborate with the coaching team to improve the client experience
- Maintain accurate client records within Trainerize and company systems
- Uphold the highest standard of client care and professionalism
- Contribute toward maintaining a minimum 90% client retention standard
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve results
- Experience coaching women through fat loss, muscle building, and lifestyle transformation
- Strong understanding of nutrition, behavior change, and sustainable lifestyle coaching
- Proficient in Trainerize (required)
- Comfortable recording Loom videos and delivering video feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining a high level of service
- Reliable, professional, and committed to continuous growth
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing an online coaching client roster
- Experience coaching women through perimenopause and menopause
- Experience with flexible dieting and habit-based coaching
- Personal Training, Nutrition, or Health Coaching Certification
