This person leads from the floor, inspires the team, creates exceptional guest experiences, drives sales performance, and ensures every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

Team Leadership
- Lead daily staff huddles
- Coach team members on performance and expectations
- Manage accountability and follow-through
- Conduct performance conversations
- Support onboarding and training
- Build team culture and morale
- Build weekly schedules
- Manage shift swaps and coverage
- Handle call-offs and staffing issues
- Ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Be the visible leader on the floor
- Resolve guest concerns
- Create memorable experiences
- Monitor service standards
- Ensure Eastend hospitality standards are upheld
- Drive membership sales performance
- Coach staff on sales conversations
- Review sales metrics weekly
- Ensure follow-up standards are met
- Lead by example in sales performance
- Manage daily execution of opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
- Monitor task completion and accountability
- Escalate operational issues when needed
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
