Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Therapists to join our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams. The ideal candidates will provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual therapy across different home settings. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs and clinical best practices
- Document all clinical interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and patient care coordination
- Contact clients/parents to schedule future visits and/or evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and ICD coding requirements during intake and treatment processes
Qualifications
- State required license ( Required)
- CPR Certification ( Required)
- Drivers License ( Required)
- TB Test ( Required)
- Strong background working with diverse populations including children with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), geriatrics, or individuals with PTSD or chronic pain conditions
- Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnosis documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management
- Excellent communication skills for patient assessment and case management purposes
- Experience working in home health settings
