King of Pops is looking for a high-energy Team Lead Beach Brand Ambassador / Ice Pop Server for the summer season! We need a naturally bubbly, engaging person who thrives on talking to people and making their day. In this hybrid role, your main job is to hit the sand, represent the brand, and crush your goals. Because you are also highly responsible, you will act as the team leader for the day: driving the company pickup truck to drop off the rest of the crew, managing morning inventory, and securing the daily cash at the end of the shift.

The Pay (Guaranteed Base + Uncapped Commission) Your leadership and driving responsibilities earn you a high guaranteed base rate, but your outgoing personality dictates your total paycheck. We want someone who loves the hustle!
- Base Pay: $16.50 per hour (Guaranteed W-2)
- Commission: Earn $0.50 for every single pop you sell on the beach.
- Daily Bonus: Hit 100 pops in a single shift? That’s an instant $25 Bonus!
- Tips: You keep 100% of your tips (beachgoers are very generous to fun Brand Ambassadors!).
The Schedule
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible Days: We are highly flexible! Whether you are looking for a standard Monday–Friday schedule to keep your weekends free, or you want to hustle on the weekends, we can build a schedule that works for you.
What You Will Be Doing (The Day-to-Day)
- The Royal Duties (Morning Prep): Before your shift, you will pack the cooler carts, safely load them onto the company pickup truck using ramps, and drive the team to their beach accesses.
- The Vibe (10:30 AM – 4:00 PM): This is the core of the job. You will push your cart, walk the shores, pitch our amazing flavors, and be the ultimate Brand Ambassador for vacationers.
- The Close-Out (Afternoon): Load the carts and team, drive back to our warehouse, unpack unsold inventory, count daily cash, and prepare for the next day.
What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)
- Brand Ambassador Energy: You must be incredibly outgoing, comfortable approaching strangers, and capable of generating your own momentum with a great attitude.
- Trust & Responsibility: You will be handling cash and inventory daily. Honesty and reliability are a must.
- Physical Strength: This is a heavy-duty, outdoor workout! You must be capable of pushing a 150lb cart through soft sand and loading it onto a pickup truck by yourself.
- Driving History: Must have at least 3 years of driving experience and feel completely comfortable driving a pickup truck loaded with gear.
- Insurance Eligibility: Must be at least 19 years of age. Our commercial auto insurance provider strictly requires all drivers to have exactly 0 points (no accidents or tickets) on their driving record over the last 3 years.
