What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen)
- Support mobility & safe transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
- Accurately document care and changes in condition
- Communicate with team members, nurses, and families
- Respond quickly and calmly in urgent situations
What We’re Looking For
- Certified CNA or HCA
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- A compassionate, dependable, team-first mindset
Schedule
- Full-time (~40 hours/week)
- Part-time
- Per Diem
- Weekend availability required
Location Requirements
- Must be able to commute to Vancouver, WA and Battle Ground, WA
- Relocation required prior to start

- Long-term care home setting
