Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Professional to provide our customers with onsite IT support. An ideal candidate for the Information Technology Professional position is an organized, analytical person with strong technical and troubleshooting skills. They will be able to multitask effectively and be able to communicate confidently and professionally. This position is based in Farmington, MO with additional travel to surrounding areas. There will also be required periodic travel to our main office in St. Peters, MO.
Responsibilities + Skills:
● Provide on-site technical support for a wide range of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network hardware.
● Troubleshoot hardware issues such as computer components, peripherals, and network devices to restore functionality swiftly.
● Diagnose and resolve software problems related to operating systems, 3rd party applications, and enterprise tools like Intune, GPO, and other RMM tools.
● Manage network troubleshooting tasks involving LAN/WAN connectivity, TCP/IP configurations, DNS settings, VPN access, hardware firewalls, and network switches.
● Support Active Directory management tasks such as user account provisioning, password resets, group policy application (GPO), and permissions management.
● Assist with the deployment and configuration of IT infrastructure components including servers (Windows Server), network devices, and workstations.
● Provide onsite and remote support to new and existing customers.
● Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
● Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with team members and customers.
● Possess strong troubleshooting skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and M365 products and services.
● Maintain knowledge (installation/support) of 3rd party vendor hardware and software through training and certifications.
● Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server OS.
● Understanding of networking and ability to troubleshoot (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
● Understanding of firewall policies and rules.
● Maintain endpoints through scanning and patching vulnerabilities.
● Ability and desire to learn new skills.
Education + Experience:
● Completed 2-year IT technical degree.
● (Preferred) 4+ years of proven experience in technical support roles with a focus on IT support at client sites or help desk environments.
● Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware components, operating systems, and networking protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS.
● Hands-on experience managing Active Directory environments and implementing group policies (GPO).
● Familiarity with network administration including LAN/WAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and TCP troubleshooting.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
● Ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

● Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
● Have a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
● Must have reliable transportation.
● Ability to move and lift up to and surpassing 50 pounds.
● Must be able to stoop and bend under desks.
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
