Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Pay: $22 - 24 per hour dependent on experience
Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00pm

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have warehouse experience, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time, we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you'll work closely with our Production, Purchasing, Packaging, and Customer Service teams to help keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
What You'll DoReceiving
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Compare shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Label and organize incoming inventory.
- Report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate receiving documentation.
Shipping
- Prepare, package, palletize, and label customer orders.
- Verify shipments before they leave the facility.
- Schedule freight and parcel shipments.
- Generate Bills of Lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Ensure all customer orders ship on time.
Inventory & Warehouse
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with material movement throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety and OSHA guidelines.
Communication
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize shipments.
- Communicate shipment updates or delays to management.
- File shipping documentation and proof of delivery records.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.
- Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, shipping software).
- Ability to read packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
