What You’ll Do

Input accounts payable for multiple properties and help resolve invoice discrepancies

Communicate with vendors and property teams regarding invoices and payment issues

Assist with administrative accounting tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry

Track down missing invoices by coordinating with vendors

Support month-end and year-end audit preparation and file organization
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed

Assist team members with spreadsheets and other accounting-related tasks

Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies

Take on additional duties as needed to support the accounting team
What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience

Strong organizational skills, especially with digital file management and folder structures

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
Compensation & Benefits

$20-$21.00 per hour
