Responsibilities
- Perform system diagnostics, maintenance, and light repairs on HVAC equipment
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Present repair options, replacements, and system upgrades professionally
- Use people skills and technical knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
- Complete required paperwork and follow company processes
- Maintain company vehicle and tools responsibly
- Collaborate with office staff and dispatch to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-minded with proven ability (or potential) to present and close solutions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred (but not required in all cases)
- Honest, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals
