Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for golf carts, loading bags onto carts for guests and members
- Help with the driving range as needed, clean guests clubs upon completion of their rounds and store members bags accordingly in the bagroom
- Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions, offering directions, and assisting with outdoor activity arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and surrounding outdoor areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines during outdoor activities, including conflict management when necessary
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or resort environments preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions
