Position: Full-Time Front Office Coordinator
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Experience: 1–2 years in medical office administration (preferred)
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and manage authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Process referrals and coordinate with physicians
- Handle phone inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Support clinical team with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Compassionate attitude toward patients with mobility challenges
