Shop Helper
Currently, we are seeking a Shop Helper to support our Newark, DE location. We offer opportunities for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!
Main Duties:
- Work diligently to keep the shop organized and clean
- Work to keep the yard clean
- Assist mechanics with shop jobs as necessary
- Unload delivery trucks as needed
- General maintenance and housekeeping
- Pick up and deliver items as needed to customers or mechanics.
Requirements:
- Organizational skills a MUST
- Mechanically inclined
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Clean Driving Record. A DOT medical card would be a plus however not initially required
- Strong communication
- Ability to follow procedures as well as take initiative
Compensation:
This position is paid hourly with a pay range of $17.00/hr. - $19.00/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
