Title: Full Time Service Porter
Department: Service
Reports to: Service Manager
Main purpose of the Job:
The primary objective of the Service Porter/ Shuttle Driver is to maintain the service lane free and clear of incoming vehicles. Manage the flow and traffic of the service departments. Provide excellent customer service by delivering the completed vehicles to the customers in a timely and professional manner.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers.
- Washing customer vehicles
- Indoor and outdoor building maintenance – keeping service lane and greeter’s station clean, i.e., sweeping, mopping, snow removal and trash removal.
- Maintain waiting area appearance.
- Stock cooler and maintain coffee bar.
- Waiting area clean from debris
- Shuttle customers to and from destinations.
- Park and return vehicles for Toyota.
- Mark and tag vehicle keys.
- Washer Fluid
- Alignment checks
- Organize and maintain service parking lot.
- Assist with service paperwork and filing.
- Any Additional business-related tasks that are necessary.
Job Requirements

- Valid class D (operator) driver license
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
