This role gives experienced wind technicians the opportunity to move into the field leadership position where your judgment matters just as much as your technical knowledge.
You'll spend less time turning bolts and more time making sure the project gets finished safely, efficiently, and correctly.
In this role you'll:
- Direct daily repower activities across utility-scale wind projects.
- Lead subcontractor crews without micromanaging.
- Coordinate cranes, materials, and scheduling.
- Solve field problems before they impact production.
- Partner with clients and operations leadership.
- Help mentor the next generation of wind technicians.
