We're looking for an experienced, organized, and people-focused Front Office Manager to join our leadership team. Prior dental front office experience is a requirement.
This is much more than a traditional front office position. As our Front Office Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office while serving as a leader within the practice. You'll help optimize our schedule, support our team, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure every patient receives outstanding service from their first phone call through the completion of treatment.
Working alongside our doctors, you'll partner closely with our Clinical Manager and Financial Manager to lead the practice, maintain strong communication between departments, and keep our office running efficiently and collaboratively.
What You'll Do Front Office Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support the front office team.
- Ensure every patient and family receives an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, phones, and administrative operations.
- Optimize provider schedules to maximize efficiency while maintaining excellent patient care.
- Monitor daily operations and identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows.
Team Leadership & People Operations
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
- Help manage day-to-day team relations and encourage effective communication across departments.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional growth.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
- Partner with ownership on employee development, performance coaching, and workplace initiatives.
- Help maintain office policies, expectations, and accountability while creating a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
- Assist doctors and leadership team to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard exceptional new team members who align with our practice culture and values.
Operations & Practice Management
- Work in tandem with our Clinical Manager and Accounts Manager to lead the daily operations of the practice.
- Collaborate with the doctors to achieve operational production and patient care goals.
- Track scheduling efficiencies and key performance indicators.
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges before they become problems.
- Help implement new systems and continuously improve practice efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted leader who supports both patients and team members with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with dental practice management software (Cloud 9 experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
