What You'll Do
As an Interior Landscape Installation Specialist, you'll work with our production team to install:
- Interior plant displays and decorative containers
- Corporate floral displays
- Replica foliage installations
- Holiday and seasonal décor
- Event décor and specialty installations
Additional responsibilities include:
- Load and unload plants, containers, and installation materials
- Drive a company 14–16' box truck to customer locations
- Install displays using ladders and basic hand tools
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Communicate daily with the Production Supervisor
- Leave every installation looking exceptional and every customer site clean and professional
- Assist with occasional weekend event and holiday installations during peak seasons
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy physical work, care about quality, and like seeing the results of their efforts at the end of each day.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year or more of experience in horticulture, landscaping, floral design, event production, construction, furniture delivery, commercial delivery, or a related hands-on field
- Experience driving delivery routes or commercial vehicles
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working from ladders
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to safely operate a 14–16' box truck
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
