We're currently looking for reliable Babysitters and Childcare Providers to join our team and support families throughout the Chicago area.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly Pay – Direct deposit every Friday

Schedule Requirements
We are seeking caregivers who:
- Are available at least 3 weekdays
- Have availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Can work 8–10 hour shifts
- Can commit to at least 3 months of availability
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive childcare in family homes
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
- Support children's learning and development through play and interaction
- Communicate updates with parents and guardians
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of childcare experience, babysitting experience, nanny experience, daycare experience, preschool experience, or related childcare experience
- Two professional childcare references
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, and caring attitude
- Availability for at least 3 weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
