A hospital system in the Coral Springs region is seeking an RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the cardiovascular service line across Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Pre/Post Holding units.
Direct clinical operations and unit workflows.
Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards.
Lead staffing, training, and team engagement.
Support strategic growth and service expansion.
Manage budgets and operational performance.
Active FL or Compact RN license
BSN required; BLS/ACLS
3+ years Cath Lab/EP experience
2+ years cardiovascular leadership
Neuro & IR experience
