What You’ll Do:
- Schedule appointments, provide case updates, and assist with intake
- Track deadlines, maintain records, and coordinate legal documents
- Draft letters, demand packages, discovery requests, subpoenas, and trial materials
- Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Obtain policy details, communicate with adjusters, and manage claims
- Organize exhibits, trial notebooks, and coordinate expert witnesses
- Identify, schedule, and prepare witnesses for cases
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in personal injury law preferred
- Strong organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Attention to detail – Accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping
- Communication skills – Ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and third parties
- Tech proficiency – Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus
