Join our compassionate team at Valleyside Hospice as a Certified Nursing Assistant. We're looking for professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care in a home health/ hospice setting.

Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification issued by the state of Arizona
- Previous 2 years of experience in hospice is at must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable interacting with patients, families, and medical staff
- Appealing attire
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Reposition and transfer patients safely using appropriate techniques
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure a clean and safe environment within the client’s home
- Help with tasks in the office
Details & Compensation:
- Employment Type: full time
- Hourly Rate: up to $25.00
- Work Environment: Field-based; travel to patient homes required
- Mobility: Must be able to commute across the Phoenix greater area. This job requires you to visit patients in North Phoenix and North Scottsdale area.
