Job Summary: This is a high-volume, activity-driven B2B sales role targeting small to medium businesses. You'll be responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, and closing multiple deals monthly.

Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivate your pipeline through market research, cold calling, canvassing, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Evaluate customer needs and collaborate with teammates and management to identify the proper solutions based on our portfolio of products and services.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and customer consultations.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
- Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, services, customer challenges, and industry trends through ongoing training and research.
- Represent Client professionally throughout the community and at networking events.
- Achieve goals related to new customer acquisition, equipment sales, recurring monthly revenue, inspections, and account growth.
What You Bring to Us:
- Successful experience in B2B sales, relationship-based selling, and territory management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in previous organizations
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- Ability to build relationships with business owners, executives, property managers, and other decision-makers
- Willingness to establish and grow your territory through in-person meetings, networking, and evaluations
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test after accepting an offer for employment
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
