Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled woodworking machine operator. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the furniture and wood component manufacturing & cabinet industry. with experience in various carpentry tasks. This role involves working in our woodworking production facility, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Must have experiences operating the following equipment jump saw, table-saw, double sided planer, gang rip saw, and jointers.
- Assemble furniture and fixtures according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other employees
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Skills
- Need to be able to run table-saw, chop saw, planer, router.
- must be able to accurately read tape measure
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- must speak, read, and communicate in English.
- Should have a knowledge of basic wood species.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
