We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager to lead a community-based aging services program that helps older adults remain active, connected, healthy, and independent within their own neighborhoods.

What You'll Be Doing
- Direct the daily operations of a comprehensive supportive services program serving older adults
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance oversight for staff, consultants, volunteers, and interns
- Ensure programs are delivered effectively and align with organizational goals and contractual obligations
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations
- Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen community engagement
- Develop outreach initiatives that increase participation among isolated and underserved older adults
- Oversee participant support services, including assessments, referrals, benefits assistance, and resource navigation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and wellness partners to promote healthy aging initiatives
- Ensure participants have access to appropriate community resources and supportive services
- Lead the planning and execution of educational, cultural, wellness, and recreational activities
- Ensure programming reflects participant interests, needs, and cultural diversity
- Manage program expenditures and monitor budget performance
- Review invoices, contracts, and financial documentation
- Monitor vendor and consultant performance to ensure quality service delivery
- Prepare reports for funding agencies, leadership teams, and community stakeholders
- Support audits, evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Public Health, Gerontology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within aging services, community-based programs, healthcare, social services, or human services
- Experience supervising staff and managing program operations
- Strong understanding of program compliance, contract deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish, English/Chinese, or other languages)
