Project Coordinator – Custom Cabinetry

Ellis Reid Millwork is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our high-end custom cabinet shop. We design and manufacture bespoke cabinetry for discerning clients throughout the Carolinas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the cabinetry industry
- Strong expertise in cabinet construction and shop/field organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from design through installation
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and perform on-site field measurements
- Communicate detailed project information to the drafting department
- Coordinate cabinet installation schedules
- Confirm selections with clients and team
- Manage inventory purchasing and monitor job cost tracking
Position Details:
- Full-time role based in our custom cabinet shop
- Hands-on involvement in both the client-facing and production sides of the business
