· Prepare and quality-check deposition and trial exhibits for formatting, completeness, attachments, readability, proper sizing, Bates labeling, and production status.
· Prepare, maintain, and update witness folders, master exhibit lists, preliminary witness-exhibit matrices, and trial binders.
· Utilize firm practice management and document repositories to ensure seamless file organization and docket/calendar compliance.
Collaborative & Directed Responsibilities (Working alongside Trial Team):
· As directed, review, synthesize, and consolidate litigation materials into master reference outlines for attorney review; update master, witness-specific, and topic-based outlines.
· Conduct targeted document reviews and deposition-transcript analyses.
· Assist with preparing portions of the pretrial statement and supporting trial submissions under attorney direction.
· Assist attorneys with broader construction law and litigation matters as needed under direct oversight from Senior Paralegal, including mechanics' lien filings, document drafting, research, and routine case support.
